Jerry built Omnitra’s Rust trading stack from scratch and ran live market-making strategies. His work spans trading infrastructure, strategy development, and exchange relationships, including negotiating market-maker fees, incentives, and access. He left UT Austin’s computer science program to build Omnitra.

Eugene built Omnitra’s risk management and portfolio optimization infrastructure. His background includes AI research engineering at a RegTech startup focused on compliance knowledge extraction, and AI and neuroscience research at the University of Cambridge.
